These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between the Customer and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on the Customer's acknowledgment of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By visiting the Website and/or purchasing a subscription, the Customer engages in the Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer disagrees with any part of these Terms and Conditions then the Customer should not access the Service.

The Company is not associated with or makes a claim to be affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram.

We do not guarantee the number of followers and likes the Account of the Customer will receive, but we guarantee that we are not providing any "fake" like/follow service.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer has to install the Software locally on its own machines, we do not have access to your Account and password. It is the Customer responsibilities to not give or share access to the Software to any other party.

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to comply with Instagram rules, the Guidelines, and any legislation to which they are subject. The Customer uses the Software at their own risk. We are not responsible for any restrictions on the Customer's Instagram account that Instagram may enforce as a result of using the Software to build and grow the Account.

Proprietary Rights

The Website and the Software are our sole and exclusive property. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Website or the Software other than as expressly authorized by us in writing. Use of any of our content in any way not expressly permitted by those Terms and Conditions is prohibited.

Limitation Of Liability

The Company may not be held liable for any potential damages incurred. In no event will the Company have any liability to the other for lost profit, revenue, or any circumstantial, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other forms of damages however they may have been caused, whether in contract or under any other theoretical circumstance of liability and regardless of whether the Customer has been advised of the possibility of the aforementioned damages. The Customer will have no financial liability to the Company for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer is not allowed to use another service while it is using our services.

Free Trial

The Free Trial allows you to try the software for free during a limited period of time (usually 7 days), and you can cancel the subscription anytime without being charged. This offer can be used only once per person (or business). So please do not abuse of it, if you like our software, you can simply subscribe to a normal plan, we have really affordable plans for everyone.

Refund and Cancellation

The Company does give refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. If your access to the Software is limited by a problem from our side, or that a main feature of the Software doesn't work and if we are not able to fix it, you're entitled to a partial refund for the remaining days or a prolongation or an upgrade of your current subscription.

Cancellation has to be made by email, simply send us your license and your email at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle, you can find our contact info by clicking on "Contact us" at the bottom of the page. If you made a valid cancellation request within the allowed time but are still charged for the next cycle, do not worry, you will be refunded for that cycle.
